  40. LIMITED WARRANTY...
  41. Customized Computer Software warrants that 
  42. any hardware (Floppy Diskettes, 
  43. CD's, etc.) will be free from defects in materials 
  44. and workmanship under normal use and service for 
  45. a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt. 
  46. Any implied warranties on the SOFTWARE and hardware 
  47. are limited to ninety (90) days and one (1) year, 
  48. respectively. Some jurisdictions do not allow 
  49. limitations on duration of an implied warranty.

  51. CUSTOMER REMEDIES... 
  52. Customized Computer Software and its suppliers entire 
  53. liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at 
  54. Customized Computer Software's option, either 
  55. (a) return of the price paid, or 
  56. (b) repair or replacement of the SOFTWARE or hardware 
  57. that does not meet Customized Computer Software' 
  58. Limited Warranty and which is returned to Customized
  59. Computer Software with a copy of your receipt. 
  60. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the SOFTWARE 
  61. or hardware has resulted from accident, abuse, 
  62. or misapplication. Any replacement SOFTWARE will be 
  63. warranted for the remainder of the original warranty 
  64. period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.

  66. NO OTHER WARRANTIES... 
  67. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 
  68. Customized Computer Software and its suppliers disclaim 
  69. all other warranties, either expressed or implied, 
  70. including, but not limited to, implied warranties of 
  71. merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, 
  72. with regard to the SOFTWARE and the accompanying printed 
  73. materials. This limited warranty gives you specific 
  74. legal rights. You may have others, which vary from 
  75. jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

  77. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES... 
  78. The maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 
  79. in no event shall Customized Computer Software or its 
  80. suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever 
  81. (including without limitation, damages for loss of 
  82. business profits, business interruption, loss of business 
  83. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out 
  84. of the use of, installation of or inability to use this 
  85. Software product, even if Customized Computer Software 
  86. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
